Karisma Kapoor is a renowned Indian actress who has worked in several Bollywood films.

She was born on June 25, 1974, in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, and comes from a prominent Bollywood family.

Karisma Kapoor is the daughter of actors Randhir Kapoor and Babita Kapoor, and the granddaughter of actor and filmmaker Raj Kapoor.

She made her acting debut in 1991 with the film "Prem Qaidi," but her breakthrough role came in 1993 with the film "Anari''.

Karisma Kapoor went on to star in several successful films, including "Dil To Pagal Hai," ''Hum Saath-Saath Hain'', "Raja Hindustani," ''Haan Maine Bhi Pyaar Kiya'' and "Zubeidaa," among others.

On 29 September 2003, she married industrialist Sunjay Kapur. She has two children, a daughter named Samaira and a son named Kiaan.

She took a break from acting after her marriage in 2003, but returned to the screen in 2006 with the film "Mere Jeevan Saathi."

She has also been a judge on the reality TV shows "Nach Baliye" and "Aaja Mahi Vay."

She has worked with many leading actors in Bollywood, including Shah Rukh Khan, Aamir Khan, Salman Khan, and Govinda.
