Ingredients:
2 cups of chopped mango
1 cup of heavy cream
1 cup of whole milk
1/2 cup of sugar
1 tsp of vanilla extract
Puree the chopped mango in a blender or food processor until smooth.
In a separate mixing bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, whole milk, sugar, and vanilla extract until the sugar is completely dissolved.
Add the mango puree to the mixing bowl and whisk until thoroughly combined.
Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions.
Once the ice cream is ready, transfer it to a freezer-safe container and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
