This ancient temple is dedicated to Lord Shiva 

It is considered one of the most significant pilgrimage sites for Hindus in South India. 

Itis believed to have been built by the Eastern Chalukya dynasty. 

The Ksheerarama Temple is a stunning example of South Indian temple architecture, with its ornate carvings, towering gopuram. 

The temple is built on a raised platform and is surrounded by a spacious courtyard. 

The main shrine houses a magnificent lingam and is adorned with intricate carvings and sculptures of Hindu deities 

Visitors to the Ksheerarama Temple are welcome at all times, and there is no admission fee.
