Virat Kohli Picks AB de Villiers and Lasith Malinga as GOATs of IPL

Virat Kohli, one of the finest batters of all time, has played alongside and against some of the greatest players in the Indian Premier League.

When asked to choose the greatest player of all time in the IPL, Kohli picked, selecting AB de Villiers and Lasith Malinga.

Kohli shares a close friendship with De Villiers and admires his skills as a finisher, having scored 5162 runs at an average of 39.71 and a strike rate of 151.69 in 184 IPL matches.

Malinga, a Sri Lankan pacer, is considered the best death bowler in IPL history and has taken 170 wickets in 122 matches with an economy rate of 7.14.

Kohli also revealed his choices for the most underrated batter (Ambati Rayudu), greatest all-rounder (Shane Watson), and better spinner between Narine and Rashid (Rashid).

Kohli's favorite shot in T20 cricket is the pull shot, and his favorite team to play against is Chennai Super Kings due to their large fan base.

Kohli is the highest run-scorer in IPL history, with 6411 runs in 208 matches, having played exclusively for Royal Challengers Bangalore since the league's inaugural edition.
