It’s not uncommon for people to find themselves wondering, “What should I do now?” when they’re bored or looking for a project to work on. But, just because there might not be one particular thing doesn’t mean that you can’t figure out what you want to do and make it happen. In this article, we’ll go over some of the skills you have and how you could use them in your spare time.
Challenge Yourself
Many people are so afraid of change that they avoid it at all costs. But this is not good for you. It’s only by challenging yourself that you’ll be able to grow and become a better person. Try new things, go to new places, and make new friends. Spend time with your family too because they will always love you no matter what. Work Hard. It is important to work hard at the things you love to do. And if you don’t love what you’re doing, find something else. But work hard at it anyway. Be passionate about it and believe in yourself.

Changing Perspective
One way to change perspective is to visualize what you want in your future. Spend time thinking about the life that you want and write it down on a piece of paper. Next, read your list every day until you start realizing what you are actually capable of achieving. It is important to use affirmations as well. Once these goals become a reality, make sure to give yourself credit for achieving them. For example, if you want to be a famous actor/actress, write down that you want to be in a specific movie or show. Also, write down the feelings that you want to feel once your goal is achieved. Write a List of Things You Love to Do
I am currently a student at a university. I love to watch movies, read books, and play sports. Some of my favorite movies are The Breakfast Club, Up in the Air, and Free Willy. My favorite books are The Catcher in the Rye, Alice in Wonderland and The Outsiders. When I’m not studying or doing homework I like to play soccer on the weekends – there’s nothing better than kicking a nice goal!
Maintain an Activity Log
One way to figure out what you should do next is by maintaining an activity log. The first column will be the date, the second column will be your feelings, and the third column will be what you are doing that day. After a few days, you’ll be able to look at your log and see larger patterns. If you keep feeling sad on Fridays, then perhaps there’s something going on that you need to change.
Make a Bucket List
Many people find that life passes them by before they know it. There are many things that can be added to a bucket list that make you think about the future, like travel or starting a family. Other items might be to write a book or to run a marathon. The thing is, once the list is made, there is no time limit on when an item should be crossed off of it. So if you want to add something on as soon as possible, go ahead and do it!

A safe place is somewhere I can be myself, where no one will criticize me or hurt me. It’s somewhere I can feel comfortable.
I need to feel like there’s safety in my life in order to be happy. I need to feel like I have people who will always be there for me. And I have that. The word safe reminds me of the safe place inside me, where no one can hurt me or my feelings. It’s a place to relax and be peaceful, no matter what happens in the rest of my life. Now I need to feel safe in my life. When I can do that, then I’ll be happy.
