Although the skin needs care throughout the year, this need increases manifold in the winter season. Take care of your dry skin this season.
We need to take more care of our skin in winter than in summer. Like summer, you cannot leave your skin alone in this season. Don’t know how many things have to be taken care of in these seasons, from applying moisturizer to using a mild soap. Let us know what things should be taken care of and what things should be avoided to take special care of the skin in winter.
Right Way To Take Bath In Winter:-
If you use any horse soap or stay in water for a long time in winter, then the skin loses its natural oil and the problem gets worse. To take a bath in winter the right way, use the minimum amount of soap, do not use very hot water, do not stay in water for long, and do not rub the body too much. After bathing, apply moisturizer or oil only on moist skin for the best absorption.
Do Deep Moisturizer Treatment Before Sleeping:-
Use oil-based moisturizer instead of normal moisturizer in winter. If you want, you can also take an overnight deep moisturizer treatment made for special nights. This cures more dry areas of your skin, such as elbows, knees, lips, etc. You can also cover your hands and feet with cotton socks and gloves so that the moisturizer stays overnight.
Drink Plenty Of Water:-
Along with taking external care of the skin, do not forget internal care. Stay hydrated for this. If the skin is hydrated, it will look healthy and there will be no problem with dryness. You can install a humidifier in your house for this season if you want. It will protect you from the dry environment inside the house.
Don’t Forget The Sunscreen:-
In the end, change the cleanser to protect the skin from dryness. Do not use summer cleansers in this season. This will further dry the skin. Use a mild cleanser specially made for winter. Along with this, go out in the sun or stay at home, but do not forget to use sunscreen. UV rays harm the skin in every season.
