Yogi Thanks PM For The ‘E-Sanjeevani’ App Bringing Healthcare To Remote Areas.

On the 26th of February Yogi Adityanath, the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh expresses his gratitude towards the Prime Minister for introducing the ‘E-Sanjeevani’ app. The app has been a tremendous help for people living in remote areas, providing them with easy access to healthcare services.

Yogi Adityanath shared the experience of Mr. Madan Mohan Lal from Chandauli district, who was able to benefit from the app. He described the app as a “panacea” for people living in remote areas who often struggle to access quality healthcare services.

The ‘E-Sanjeevani’ app is a telemedicine platform that provides remote consultations to patients. It was launched by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare in April 2020, in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. The app enables patients to connect with doctors and specialists through audio and video calls, allowing them to receive medical advice and treatment from the comfort of their homes.

Since its launch, the app has become increasingly popular among patients in remote areas, who often face challenges accessing healthcare services due to their location. With the ‘E-Sanjeevani’ app, patients can easily connect with doctors and receive treatment for a variety of medical conditions, including COVID-19.

The success of the ‘E-Sanjeevani’ app is a testament to the power of technology in transforming healthcare delivery in India. By leveraging telemedicine platforms like the ‘E-Sanjeevani’ app, patients in remote areas can receive the care they need, without having to travel long distances to access medical facilities.

The app has also been instrumental in helping the government deliver healthcare services more efficiently, particularly during the COVID-19 pandemic. By reducing the need for in-person consultations, the app has helped to reduce the risk of transmission, while also ensuring that patients receive timely medical care.

Yogi Adityanath’s appreciation for the ‘E-Sanjeevani’ app is a reminder of the critical role that technology can play in transforming healthcare delivery in India. With telemedicine platforms like the ‘E-Sanjeevani’ app, we can ensure that patients in remote areas have access to the care they need, regardless of their location. We can also leverage these platforms to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of healthcare delivery, particularly during times of crisis.
